Through the Years
Perla Lichi Design History
A family-owned and operated firm specializing in luxury residential interior design, with an office and showroom in Pompano Beach, Florida.

From Fashion to Interiors
A career that began with a scholarship
Perla's first love was fashion design. Fashion is where she was headed when a full scholarship from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale — and a nudge from her folks — directed her to interior design.
After graduation and apprenticeships with several local designers, in 1984 Perla opened a small shop in Fort Lauderdale. Her studio kept growing, and the home base in Pompano Beach is where the "design magic" begins today. Through every project, she has also travelled the world — inspired by what she sees, designing residences around the globe.

You Can't Make This Up
The Perla Lichi story is best told in her newest book — a gorgeous 244-page coffee-table book of her latest interior design work, photographed by some of Florida's top photographers. The theme of interior design versus fashion design flows throughout in words, illustrations, and snapshots from her travels.
As a special courtesy, every view of each room of each featured project is shown in full-color double-page spreads, so you can visualize complete projects.
